We reply to EVERY application. If you do not get a reply within 48 hours please check your spam or junk folder and email us. The reply has links, information, a photo and we find it does hit families junk folder on occasion.

Please note, we read each application and respond as soon as possible, usually within 2 days. Depending on the kids activities and the dogs needs it can, at times, take a bit longer. Again, if you don't hear within 3 days please email us as there may be an issue with the application (your email is incorrect or something).
